Preparing for Lessons
Before your child’s lessons begin, there are a few things you can do to ensure they have the best experience possible:
Avoid feeding your child dairy or heavy meals within 90 minutes of their lesson to prevent discomfort.
Prepare your child for sun exposure by applying sunscreen and dressing them in protective swim shirts.
Keep longer hair tied back to prevent distractions and ensure clear vision during lessons.
